Ger was recently interviewed for the Spring 2016 edition of ICQ where he discussed the new disputes resolution process, his expectations going forward and the considerable emphasis now being placed on mediation in the process. Ger’s seminar will cover topics such as:
- key mediation skills.
- how mediation benefits both the consumer and the industry.
- exploring the mediation process.
Caitriona will be discussing the many ethical dilemmas and challenges insurance professionals face in an increasingly technology-dependent workplace. Whilst the context is insurance the dilemmas considered have a wider application across all sectors in financial services. Catriona’s seminar will cover topics such as:
- cloud, social media and mobile technologies and the challenges they deliver.
- future advancements in artificial intelligence like driverless cars and the ethical dilemmas involved.
- how technologies can benefit both insurer and consumer.
- suggestions of how the highest ethical standards can be maintained.
